I bought a new house and needed the carpets cleaned. I called A-1 Carpet Cleaning and they were available the next week! I was told the carpets had been cleaned. Well they weren’t or they didn’t have the equipment that A-1 Carpet Cleaning uses. They were very professional and did an amazing job!! I would recommend them to anyone that needs their services!! A1 Carpet Cleaning is absolutely phenomenal! We first used them for a rental unit, and they did such an amazing job that we didn’t hesitate to call them again when we moved into our new house. Both times, the carpets came out looking fresh and spotless.

What really impressed us was how easy they were to work with. During our move, we had a last-minute time change before we could even get the keys, and A1 worked with us so smoothly to make it happen without any stress. That kind of flexibility is rare, and it made a huge difference for us.

Another thing I love is that they’re a family-owned business. The first time we met the dad who owns the company, and the second time his daughter came out. Both were friendly, professional, and clearly care about the work they do. It felt great knowing we were not only getting excellent service, but also supporting a local family business.
